Enrollment and Payment

By enrolling in the online course, you agree to pay the specified enrollment fee. Payments in full are taken immediately at time of purchase. By choosing a Monthly payment you authorize the Company to charge your debit or credit card once a month from the first payment date until the billing cycle is complete and the program is paid in full. The Company reserves the right to change the enrollment fee at any time, but such changes will not affect the fees for students who have already enrolled.

We provide a 3-day grace period for payment of our Programs, Products, and Services. Payment for our Programs, Products, and Services is due upon registration or purchase. If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, we offer a 3-day grace period for payment. During this grace period, access to our Programs, Products, and Services may be temporarily suspended. If payment is not received within the grace period, access to our Programs, Products, and Services may be permanently revoked.

We do not tolerate chargebacks. If you have any concerns or issues regarding our Programs, Products, or Services, we encourage you to reach out to us directly for resolution. Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us first may result in the suspension or termination of access to our Programs, Products, and Services, and may also result in legal action to recover any funds lost due to the chargeback.

You must be 18 years or older to make any purchases for Programs, Program Materials, Products, and Services from the Company.

Access & Use

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to the online course materials for the duration specified in the course description. Access to the course materials is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your access credentials with others.You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the course materials without prior written consent from the Company.

Intellectual Property

All content included as part of our Programs, Program Materials, Products, and Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of the Company or it's content suppliers and protected by copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our Programs, Program Materials, Products, and Services without express written permission from us. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing login credentials or distributing downloadable materials. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Do not share your login or program materials with friends, family, or anyone that is not a documented business partner. Anyone else will need to purchase their own program or service from the Company.

Refund Policy

We truly value your satisfaction with our Program, Product, or Service. However, crafting and delivering these offerings entails significant time, effort, and care. Hence, we have a firm no-refund policy in place. Unless mandated by law, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds for any portion of your payment for our Programs, Program Materials, Products, and Services. This policy applies at all times.

By choosing to use or purchase any of our Programs, Program Materials, Products, and Services, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
