Enrollment and Payment

By enrolling in the online course, you agree to pay the specified enrollment fee. Payments in full are taken immediately at time of purchase. By choosing a Monthly payment you authorize the Company to charge your debit or credit card once a month from the first payment date until the billing cycle is complete and the program is paid in full. The Company reserves the right to change the enrollment fee at any time, but such changes will not affect the fees for students who have already enrolled.

We provide a 3-day grace period for payment of our Programs, Products, and Services. Payment for our Programs, Products, and Services is due upon registration or purchase. If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, we offer a 3-day grace period for payment. During this grace period, access to our Programs, Products, and Services may be temporarily suspended. If payment is not received within the grace period, access to our Programs, Products, and Services may be permanently revoked.

We do not tolerate chargebacks. If you have any concerns or issues regarding our Programs, Products, or Services, we encourage you to reach out to us directly for resolution. Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us first may result in the suspension or termination of access to our Programs, Products, and Services, and may also result in legal action to recover any funds lost due to the chargeback.

You must be 18 years or older to make any purchases for Programs, Program Materials, Products, and Services from the Company.

Access & Use

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to the online course materials for the duration specified in the course description. Access to the course materials is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your access credentials with others.You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the course materials without prior written consent from the Company.

Intellectual Property

All content included as part of our Programs, Program Materials, Products, and Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of the Company or it's content suppliers and protected by copyright laws. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing login credentials or distributing downloadable materials.
